This hook-up wire is a white-jacketed PVC-insulated conductor designed for internal wiring and interconnection tasks across automation, electronics, electrical and mechanical assemblies. It combines flexible multi-strand tin-plated copper with PVC insulation to perform in moderate-to-high temperature environments and flame-exposed installations while meeting multiple industrial and aerospace acceptance standards.

The conductor is composed of 26 strands of tin-plated copper, which increases bendability compared with solid conductors and eases routing in confined looms.

It is supplied on continuous flanges and spools in lengths such as 5000 ft, 1000 ft and 100 ft to accommodate bulk assembly or small-scale repairs.

Materials are manufactured to comply with RoHS and REACH requirements, and the item does not contain SVHCs above 0.1% by mass.

The specified maximum pull tension is 20.4 lb and a recommended bend radius of 10x cable diameter should be maintained to avoid conductor damage.
