Harting Han E Series Heavy Duty Power Connector, 16A Current, 500V Voltage - 09330102601+19300101420

This heavy-duty power connector provides a secure electrical Interface for industrial panel installations, designed to deliver reliable power distribution in demanding environments. It is a top-entry, panel-mounted male connector with a mixed pole arrangement including protective earth, suitable for machinery and control systems requiring a Compact 10-contact power connection.

Features & Benefits

• Rated for 16A to support moderate current circuits
• Withstands 500V for common three-phase and single-phase supplies
• Operates from -40°C to 125°C for wide thermal environments
• Screw termination offers straightforward, tool-secure wiring
• IP44 ingress protection for splash and solid-object resistance
• Copper-alloy contacts with silver plating for improved conductivity

**Applications**

• Suitable for connecting motors and drives in factory automation
• Ideal for power distribution panels in control cabinets
• Used with portable machinery requiring robust panel interfaces
• Can be used for field equipment that demands reliable earthing
• Suitable for refurbishment of industrial power inlet assemblies

What contact arrangement does it provide?

It provides ten signal/power contacts Plus a protective earth arranged across two rows for mixed-pole connections.

How is the connector mounted to a panel?

It uses a panel-mount design with an M20 thread Interface to secure the mating housing.

Which termination method is used for incoming conductors?

Termination is via screw connections that permit secure clamping of conductors during installation.

What materials are used for the conductive elements?

Contacts are formed from a copper-alloy substrate and finished with a silver plating to enhance contact performance.

How does the design cope with typical industrial ambient conditions?

The specification supports operation at temperatures from -40°C up to 125°C and an ingress rating that protects against splashes and solid objects.

Note

Male and female inserts may be fitted to a hood or housing if the installation requires such a reverse configuration.
