RS PRO Heating Element, 50 mm, 200 W, 220 V AC


This tubular heating element from RS PRO is suitable for warming up a wide range of components and metal plates. It's commonly used in applications such as hot stamping and printing, packaging applications and test instruments.

The cartridge heater has been cleverly designed to slide into both metric and imperial drill hole sizes. We recommend that you consider what you intend to use it for before reaching for the drill, however, as the element needs to be fitted tightly for it to work (note that it has a diameter of 10 mm).

The heating element comes fitted with a fibreglass-insulated, 10-inch lead wire that can tolerate high temperatures up to +450°C. This flexible wire has been designed not to fray, thanks to the deep holes in its ceramic cap.

This heating cartridge has been exhaustively tested to meet the RS PRO brand's high standards of safety and quality.
