The TE Connectivity ES-Cap is designed to provide a mechanically tough solution within the operating environment. It is easy to install with the use of a hot air gun. However, a suitable alternative would be an infrared heating device. The adhesive layer provides a tight seal, preventing any moisture from entering which could lead to any corrosive problems. Highlighting the importance of applying this product to the capable application. Additionally, the thick adhesive layer can perform highly in environments with extensive temperature ranges.
