This HDMI (high-definition multimedia interface) connector, from the RS PRO range, is used for high-speed data transmission. HDMI connectors transfer high-speed A/V (audio/visual) signals between linked devices. Standard A-type connectors, like this one, are the most recognisable type of feedthrough HDMI connector.

Suitable for front- or rear-panel mounting, it offers two-way feedthrough that permits two-way communication, making it ARC (audio return channel) compatible. This two-way communication means the connector works as both an input and an audio output. The connector has a universal 23.6 mm diameter panel cutout design.
