The NewLink HDMI male to HDMI male active optical cable with 50 metre length has a black TPE jack with and an outer diameter of 4.8mm. The connectors are metal and have gold flash covering to prevent corrosion. Active optical cable (AOC) uses fibre optical technology to allow the transmission of HDMI signal up to 100 metres with no interference or degradation of signal or quality of image.
