The ROHM 1 channel gate driver features built-in isolation with a high isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms, ideal for driving GaN HEMTs at high speeds. It offers a fast maximum input/output delay time of 60 ns and supports a minimum input pulse width of 65 ns. Separate source and sink output driver pins enable independent control of rising and falling edge slew rates by inserting resistors, optimizing switching performance and reducing EMI.
