The Microchip PolarFire SoC device features an industrial temperature range from -40°C to 100°C TJ, an extended commercial temperature range from 0°C to 100°C TJ, an AECQ-100 qualified temperature range from -40°C to 125°C TJ, and a military temperature range from -55°C to 125°C TJ.
