RS PRO Flow Switch


This RS PRO flow switch uses a nickel-plated brass piston that's displaced proportionally by the flow. This generates a signal when the flow rate is above or below a certain value. You can set your chosen value by moving the switch on the outside of the device to the desired point within the scaled control range.

The switch can handle pressures of up to 300 bar, flow rates of up to 3 L/minute and fluid temperatures of up to +100°C. It's specifically designed for low flows and can be installed in any position.

You can use a flow switch to measure the volume of liquid or gas moving through an area in a specific amount of time. It operates by sending signals to other components in the system – such as a pump – to make it stop or start in order to adjust flow rate and pressure programmed levels.
