Ledvance LED Floodlight 50W, Black with Motion Sensor
Introducing the Ledvance LED floodlight, suitable for replacing up to 50W halogen floodlights. It's very easy and quick to install, a lightweight housing made from Polycarbonate with a tempered glass cover ensures its capable for challenging environments. The light output of 5500 lm makes it great for lighting large areas, such as carparks, parks, sports courts, construction areas, with a great spread of light. In addition to this floodlight is a motion sensor, which allows the floodlight to be turned on when motion is detected. Adjustments can be made to personalise the lighting duration, detection range and light sensitivity through the sensor.
Switching to an LED floodlight from traditional lighting ensures reliability and more importantly prolonged life expectancy, with up to 50,000 hours from this 50W floodlight. With IP65 protection the Ledvance LED floodlight and sensor is protected from moisture work in the rain, snow, hot and cold environments.

FAQs
How much power do LEDs use?
On average LEDs use 90% less power compared to incandescent bulbs. The reason for this is that LEDs are more efficient in converting energy into light.
How long do LEDs last for?
So we have mentioned how LEDs offer longer lifetimes and less maintenance needed, this is because its a type of solid-state lighting. Making it less likely to fail completely, a well built LED luminaire should last up to 50000 hours.
How can LEDs save you money?
Its thought that around 20% of a households energy consumption comes from lighting, within commercial premises, this could be even more. The cost of switching to LED is soon outweighed with the savings made to a light source that uses a fraction of the energy.
