Sensata Cynergy3 Vertical Float Switch, SPNO, 1m - SSF26 Series - SSF26X100

Choose this float switch sensor from Sensata Cynergy3 to gauge the level of liquid inside your tank and prevent overflow. When emptying the tank, the switch will also notify you when the level gets too low. The float causes the switch to change position when the liquid levels rise or fall past the reed contact. This device can be mounted vertically on the bottom or top of your tank, making it ideal for situations where there’s no side access.

Features & Benefits

• Output configurable to NO (normally open) or NC (normally closed) for flexible setup
• Strong and durable stainless-steel body material
• Versatile cable length of 1m
• Secure internal mounting with a 3/8" BSP (British Standard Pipe) thread
• Operates in extreme temperatures up to +200°C

How does this switch open and close?

The float component has a magnet inside. When the current is activated, the magnetic field switches the reed contact to the alternate position.

Can this switch withstand pressurised systems?

It's safe to use this switch in systems that reach up to 10 bar in pressure.
