Sensata Cynergy3 Horizontal Float Switch, 1m, 500mA - SSF215 Series - SSF215X100

Need a reliable way to detect the liquid levels in your industrial-sized tank? Mount this horizontal float switch from Sensata Cynergy3 on the sides of your tank to monitor the level of liquid inside. It's designed to help prevent overflow when filling the tank and alert you when water levels are sufficiently low upon emptying it out.
The sensor lies on the liquid's surface and triggers the switch when the liquid rises or falls to maintain a proper amount of liquid in the tank. You can use this switch for liquids with an SG (specific gravity) of 0.8 or above, so it's suitable for a variety of applications.

Features & Benefits

• Strong and corrosion-resistant stainless steel body material for long-lasting use
• Maximum operating temperature of +180ºC for use in high-heat applications
• Ample cable length of 1m for flexible connections
• Tinned copper cable conductor material ensures reliable conductivity

What are the switch output options?

The switch can be set to either normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC), giving you flexibility in the layout of your electrical circuit.

Can this switch be used in pressurised systems?

Yes. This switch is suitable for use at pressures of up to 10 bar, so you can pair it with a strong water pump system.
