T18 Series Replacement Soldering Tips


These T18 Series Soldering Tips from Hakko are for use with the Hakko FX888D Soldering Station and offer improved heat conduction for more efficient heat transfer.

Shape BC/C


Used for pre-tinning lead wires and drag soldering. This tip type is shaped like a cone/column which is cut at an angle allowing users to choose the cut surface size according to work piece.

Shape B


All-round tip type that can be used from any angle; for soldering any surface, large and small.

Shape D


This tip type is shaped similarly to a flat-blade screwdriver and can be used on tip line or tip face; suitable for any soldering work.

Shape K


Shaped similarly to a knife, this tip type can be used in three ways: line, point and face. Excellent for soldering at narrow pitches; also suitable for correcting bridging and drag soldering.

The Ruland D-Bore double disc coupling is a lightweight and has low inertia which making it well suited for applications with speeds up to 10,000 RPM. The D-bore allows for positive drive in applications where the coupling can not slip. The double disc design is comprised of two anodized aluminium hubs, two sets of thin stainless steel disc springs, and a centre spacer allowing each disc to bend individually and accommodate all types of misalignment.
