RS PRO Finger Guard 40 mm x 40 mm Steel


If you are using a fan in any domestic or industrial setting, a finger guard is a necessary health and safety requirement. This circular guard protects fingers from injury and it also preventing debris from damaging the rotating mechanism.

Featuring two sturdy concentric circles and a pair of cross spars, this guard has integral fixing loops. This means installation is quick and straightforward. The unit measures 40 mm across and is compatible with a standard 40 mm frame fan. It's made from steel wire electroplated in nickel-chrome so it's resistant to corrosion. The joints are robust enough to withstand a pull force of 88 lbs and a separation force of 220 lbs.
