QUICKON quick-connect IDC technology means you can mount the connector easily onto cables sized between 26 and 23AWG, with no specialist tools needed. To prevent electromagnetic interference from messing with your signal, the pins are shielded. The hood helps you make a robust connection and achieves an IP20 rating, meaning the assembly's protected against solid objects greater than 12mm, including your fingers.
