The Carlo Gavazzi Direct Connection Energy Meter is designed for single-phase and three-phase systems up to 400 V L-L and 65 A. It features a Modbus RS485 communication port and a 128x96 matrix LCD display. Ideal for integration into EV chargers, it supports both single-phase and three-phase installations. With Modbus RTU compatibility, a wide operating temperature range up to 70 °C (185 °F), and bidirectional MID certification, it ensures reliable and accurate measurement for fiscal billing. The EM580 also complies with German calibration law (Eichrecht) and the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (A.F.I.R) requirements.
