Ansell Disposable Gloves, 285mm Length, Neoprene - 25201070

This disposable glove provides extended forearm protection for tasks requiring chemical splash resistance in industrial and laboratory settings. Manufactured from neoprene with textured fingertips and a polymer-coated finish, it is designed for secure handling in wet and dry conditions and reduces the risk of Type 1 latex allergy through a non‑latex formulation.

Features & Benefits

• Powdered interior for easier donning under time pressure
• Palm and finger thicknesses of 0.13 mm and 0.16 mm for tactile control
• Ultimate tensile strength greater than or equal to 14 MPa before ageing for mechanical durability
• Elongation at break greater than or equal to 700% for stretch and fit during manipulation

**Applications**

• Suitable for handling acids and alcohols in process sampling
• Ideal for electronics assembly where antistatic properties are needed
• Used for transferring liquids and solids in laboratory workflows
• Can be used for testing and sample processing in life sciences
• Suitable for mechanical maintenance tasks requiring splash protection

How long is the cuff and what area does it protect beyond the hand?

The glove length is 285mm, providing protection that extends over the wrist and part of the forearm.

What packing quantities are available for bulk procurement?

They are supplied 100 gloves per dispenser, 10 dispensers per case, equating to 1,000 gloves per case.

Are there any chemical accelerators present that may cause reactions?

Zinc diethyldithiocarbamate is used in vulcanisation and a very small number of users may develop irritant or allergic contact reactions.

What physical changes occur after ageing in performance testing?

After ageing, tensile strength requirements increase to greater than or equal to 18 MPa while elongation at break remains greater than or equal to 600%, indicating maintained stretch properties.
