MCP444x/446x Digital Potentiometers

The MCP444x/446x series of devices from Microchip are Digital Potentiometers with non-volatile memory that are programmed via an I2C interface. These Digital POTs include Microchip’s WiperLock™ Technology which allows the wiper setting to be locked in place, protecting the wiper configuration from corruption.

MCP4441/MCP4461 devices are configured as Potentiometers, MCP4442/MC4462 as Rheostats.
