The B-LCD40-DSI1 daughterboard is an optional capacitive touchscreen display board that can be used with a Discovery development kit such as the STM32F769I-DISC1. Two interface adapters are also available.

The DSI to HDMI adapter board, part number B-LCDAD-HDMI1 is used for STM32 Development Boards or Discovery Boards. It comes with DSI input port and HDMI output port.

What is the benefit of B-LCDAD-HDMI1?


B-LCDAD-HDMI1 includes bridge chip ADV7533, therefore this board can support 2-, 3- or 4-lanes DSI video input data, S/PDIF, 2-channels I2S audio input data and HDMI v1.3 output port.

These boards have been designed for development purposes for the ARM Cortex STM32 MCUs.

STM32 carries external circuity such as transceivers, sensors, memory interfaces, displays and many more and are known as a reference design for application development.

Features of B-LCDAD-HDMI1:


• Up to four lanes of MIPI/DSI data, each running up to 800 Mbps
• 2-channels I2S transmits stereo up to 192 kHz sampling rate
• S/PDIF carries stereo LPCM audio or compressed audio

HDMI output connector:


• Support of video resolutions with pixel clocks up to 80 MHz
• Support of CEC signals, 5 V-tolerant I2C and HPD I/Os
• Common-mode filters with ESD protection
