μModule Regulators, Single Output

Linear Technology’s DC/DC μModule (micro-module) regulators offer a complete system-in-package (SiP) power management solution. These step-down (buck) modules incorporate an integrated DC/DC controller, compensation components, power transistors, inductor and input and output capacitors. They offer a low EMI compliant solution with EN55022 class B standards in some products, along with output source and sink current capabilities. The compact design and high efficiency of these μModule regulators make them ideal for use in a multitude of applications such as telecom and networking equipment, Industrial equipment and ATCA cards/servers.

Switching Voltage Regulators, Linear Technology

Linear Technology product series of synchronous and non-synchronous internal switching regulator ICs offer high efficiency plus a wide input voltage range and switching frequencies up to 4MHz.
The controllers span over several types of configurations from buck (step-down), boost (step-up), buck-boost, forward, Isolated, Inverting and flyback controllers. The Flyback, Forward and Isolated Controllers primary and secondary side provide a solution to help replace the DC/DC bricks that get used in back-plane power conversion.
