The Mascot DC/DC converters are made for use in electrical forklift trucks and similar electromotive applications, where high voltage transients may occur. They are safeguarded against reversed polarity and overvoltage using transorb diodes to handle transients, and automatically shut off when input voltages exceed or fall below specified ranges. Additionally, they offer thermal protection, short circuit proofing, and overvoltage protection on the output side, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.
