The Murata Power Solutions isolated gate drive DC to DC converter this is ideal for powering high side and low side gate drive circuits for IGBT or Mosfet, SiC & GaN gate drives in bridge circuits. A choice of asymmetric output voltages allows optimum drive levels for best system efficiency. It has continuous barrier withstand voltage is 2.4kV and 6mm creepage and clearance, that assures reliable performance in high voltage applications. Environmental hazard in typical gate drive applications and has continuous non safety rating of 2.4kV.
