The TE Connectivity 9‑position 2‑row D‑Sub receptacle connector designed for vertical board mounting in board‑to‑board applications. Its black housing includes a front metal Shell plated in tin, while the brass insert provides structural support. The contacts are MADE of phosphor bronze (or copper alloy) and feature gold‑plated mating surfaces, tin‑lead plating on PCB termination areas, and nickel underplating, with a current rating of up to 6 A.
