Molex ServiceGrade Hand Ratcheting Crimping Tool

A ServiceGrade hand crimping tool designed for use with Mini-Fit Junior and Mini-Fit HCS male and female crimp terminals with a wire size range of 28 AWG to 16 AWG. This ServiceGrade hand crimping tool features a full cycle ratchet mechanism which ensures a full crimp is achieved. Soft grip ergonomic handles make the tool comfortable to use.

Use this crimping tool from Molex to firmly secure cables to their connectors. It's operated manually and features a full-cycle ratchet mechanism that gives you a complete crimp, so wires won't come loose even in vibrating systems. For accurate crimping, this tool has a user-friendly wire stop that keeps terminals in the proper position. The soft grip handles are comfortable to use, whether you're left-handed or right-handed. You can use this crimping tool for applications including telecommunication and networking systems.

To maintain this crimping tool, remove dust, moisture and other contaminants with a soft, lint-free cloth. Lubricate all the pins and pivot points with a thin film of oil. Clean off excess oil with the soft cloth, paying particular attention to the crimping area.

This tool has rubber handles that provide insulation, but can't guarantee complete protection against electrical shock. Never carry out crimps on active electrical circuits.
