The TE Connectivity Mag-Mate is a specialized poke-in magnet wire terminal designed for reliable and efficient connections in electrical applications. It accommodates 0.57 to 0.72 mm aluminium wire and 0.45 to 0.64 mm Magnet wire sizes, making it ideal for magnet wire and solid wire types. TE Connectivity has developed 200 box MAG-MATE terminals to benefit electric motor manufacturers designing compact motor systems. With 30% less volume than 300 box MAG-MATE terminals and compatibility with a wide range of copper and aluminum magnet wire sizes, this insulation displacement contact (IDC) terminal can support a variety of small motor applications with reliable, efficient, gas-tight connections.
