The Festo Bellows kit is a leak free system. To prevent unwanted media from being drawn in, the supply and exhaust air for the kit must be ducted via a pressure compensation hole in the connection part. The kit protects the piston rod, seal and bearing against a wide variety of media, for example dust, chips, oil, grease and petrol. The seals and bellows are made from NBR material and threaded pins are made from high alloy stainless steel material.
