Self-Terminating Adaptor
A BNC ’T’ adaptor which may be used for Thin Ethernet trunk line connections. The two sockets on the adaptor will automatically self terminate via an internal 50Ω resistance when plugs are disconnected. Using auto-terminating BNC plugs and Thin Ethernet cable a completely safe network can be constructed (see drawing above).
