These Silicon SI5326 series are jitter-attenuating precision clock multipliers for applications requiring sub 1ps jitter performance. They can be used in a variety of applications such as Optical modules, wireless base stations, data converter clocking, xDSL, Test and measurement equipment, broadcast video and
plenty more.

The SI5326 also has a crystal oscillator built in & can use that function as a clock source for frequency synthesis. The device’s input clock frequency and clock multiplication ratio are programmable through an I2C or SPI interface. The SI5326 can also withstand temperatures from -40°C up to +85°C. Using the Silicon Labs third-generation DSPLL architecture they simplify your clock tree design by replacing multiple clocks and oscillators, minimising your BOM count and complexity.
