RS PRO Brass Single Non-Return Valve, 3/8 Inch BSPP
This RS PRO non-return valve prevents gases or fluids in a pipeline from travelling in the wrong direction. It minimises damage to equipment or contamination of water by preventing backflow.
The valve's brass material makes it durable and rust-resistant. It comes with a nitrile rubber seal that can withstand frequent pressure changes while providing a tight, leak-free join with a pipe. It complies with Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) standards, meaning it contains only minimal amounts of any harmful materials.
There's no need to manually or mechanically operate this valve as it uses air pressure and fluid velocity to open and close. This type of valve is used in a range of industrial and domestic settings for plumbing, pneumatic and hydraulic applications.
