The Renesas Electronics 74FCT163245 16-bit high-speed, low-power transceivers are ideal for asynchronous communication between two buses. The direction and output enable controls are designed to operate these devices as either two independent 8-bit transceivers or one 16-bit transceiver. The 74FCT163245 operates at -40C to +85C.
