The Taiwan Semiconductor GBPC5010 is a glass-passivated bridge rectifier IC within a GBPC40 package. This package has universal 4-way terminals for snap-on, wrap-around, solder or PCB mounting. The GBPC5010 moulded plastic package features a heatsink which provides very low thermal resistance to allow optimal heat dissipation.
The GBPC5010 bridge rectifier has a 50A forward current with 1000V peak reverse voltage. It offers a high surge current capability with a surge overload rating of 400A.
