The DiodesZetex 100V NPN Medium Power Transistor comes in a TO252 package, which is moulded from Green plastic material and complies with the UL flammability rating of 94V-0. It has a moisture sensitivity level of 1, per J-STD-020 standards. The terminals feature matte tin plating, making them solderable in accordance with MIL-STD-202, Method 208. The approximate weight of the transistor is 0.34 grams.
