Mueller Steel Contact Crocodile Clip


The Mueller's crocodile clip has contact clip with a bed of nails. The jaw opens to maximum of 13.2mm. It uses a bed of nails in a circular orientation to pierce insulation. It has a current rating of 20 A. The material used is zinc-plated steel. It is used as connector. The large versions of these clips, called automotive clips or battery clamps, are made of solid copper. For low electrical resistance, it is used with thick insulated copper cables to make connections between automobile batteries.
