Mueller Electric JP-25182-TJ Bed of Nails Test Clip, Nickel-Plated Steel contact

The Mueller's crocodile clip JP-25182 is the smaller version of the JP-8783. For applications that do not require the single spike, it is recommended. It uses a bed of nails to pierce wire insulation. The material used is clip nickel silver (except where noted) hardware brass. The current rating is 5A. It is sold according to the configuration of its suffixes. It acts like a connector. The large versions of these clips, called automotive clips or battery clamps, are made of solid copper. For low electrical resistance, it is used with thick insulated copper cables to make connections between automobile batteries.
