The Tilsatec antimicrobial food safe sleeve has EN388: 2016 level F (ANSI 105-2016 A8) cut resistance. It is free from glass fibre to prevent product contamination and tested to EN ISO 15797 industrial wash test to withstand x50 washes at up to 85°C with no effect on cut resistance. It is designed for use with the Tilsatec food safe glove range. It is used in meat carving and deboning, butchery, fish filleting and processing, and suitable for beef, pork and poultry.
