SMC Series TU Compressed Air Pipe, 20m Length, 4mm Inside Diameter - TU0604G-20

This compressed Air pipe provides a flexible conduit for pneumatic and fluid distribution in industrial settings, suitable for both Air and water systems. Constructed from polyurethane and finished in green, it is supplied as a continuous reel for integration into automation, electronics, electrical and mechanical installations where a resilient, general-purpose tube is required.

Features & Benefits

• 0.8 MPa maximum operating pressure for sustained pneumatic service
• 60°C maximum temperature rating supports high-temperature applications
• −20°C minimum temperature rating for low-temperature environments
• Polyurethane material offering resistance to abrasion and kinking
• 6mm outside diameter for Compact routing in confined spaces
• 20 m length reducing joint requirements on long runs

**Applications**

• Suitable for pneumatic control lines in automation panels
• Ideal for signal Air supply to solenoid valves and actuators
• Used with compressed Air tools in maintenance workshops
• Can be used for secondary water distribution in test rigs
• Used for instrument Air connections in electrical cabinets

How flexible is the tubing for tight routing?

The polyurethane construction provides good bendability, allowing the tube to be routed through constrained pathways without frequent use of joints.

What should be considered when using it near heat sources?

Operate within the 60°C maximum, prolonged exposure above this temperature may degrade material properties and reduce service life.

Is the tubing suitable for seasonal outdoor installations?

The −20°C minimum temperature rating indicates it retains performance in cold conditions, but UV exposure and weathering effects should be evaluated separately.

How does the tube behave under continuous pneumatic pressure?

It is rated for continuous service up to 0.8 MPa, maintaining dimensional stability and flow characteristics within that pressure limit.
