Using the 3M™ 775L outperforms conventional ceramic discs. Designed to be used with a 3M™ Hookit™ backing pad with an angle grinder or sander. This film wheel is well-suited to stock removal and is effective on a wide variety of materials, including metals, composites, gel coats and white woods.

The multi-hole pattern on the disc helps to remove the particles, preventing them from clogging the surface of the abrasive. This helps the sanding disc to operate more reliably and last longer.

Using 3M™ precision-shaped grain technology to offer a higher initial and durability to outlast conventional ceramic fibre discs. The grit wears evenly and with the abrasive staying cooler and sharper, the PSG abrasive lasts significantly longer than conventional ceramic discs.
