What abrasive mineral is used and why is it chosen?

Aluminium oxide is used for its balance of cutting Ability and durAbility on ferrous materials, supporting aggressive stock removal with controlled wear.

Which attachment methods are compatible with the centre-hole design?

The disc accepts standard centre-hole mounting with appropriate retainer nuts and back-up pads for hook-and-loop systems and quick-change hubs.

How does the non-woven backing affect surface finish?

The conformable non-woven web moderates contact pressure to reduce gouging and helps produce a consistent blended finish on irregular surfaces.

What pack sising and handling advantages are provided for production environments?

Packs of 100 ensure fewer changeovers and assist continuous throughput in manufacturing and maintenance workflows without frequent restocking.

Which operational safety limit must be observed?

Operate at or below the specified maximum safe speed of 15,000 r/min to maintain safe performance parameters.
