RS PRO Black Tough PLA 3D Printer Filament, 2.85 mm, 1 kg


Produce durable 3D printed objects with this black polylactic acid (PLA) filament from RS PRO. It's commonly used in residential and industrial settings, including art studios, factories and architectural firms. You simply drop this 1 kg spool into place inside your 3D printer.

PLA-X3 supports fast printing speeds (better than 120 mm/s), so it saves time. It's tough enough to resist bumps and scrapes and it's made from renewable sources, so it's environmentally friendly.

This material creates durable 3D printed objects that can withstand temperatures in excess of +95°C after annealing (heat treatment). PLA-X3 also has a semi-matte finish for a cleaner look. This filament is not machine specific, so it's suitable for most common fused deposition modelling (FDM) printers.
