RS PRO Grey Tough PLA 3D Printer Filament, 1 kg, 1.75 mm


Create your own 3D printed objects with this RS PRO grey polylactic acid (PLA) filament. It's made for home and commercial applications, such as producing jewellery, manufacturing kids' toys and making models. Simply drop the 1 kg spool into your 3D printer and you're ready to go.

PLA-X3 is engineered for speedy printing (at a rate faster than 120 mm/s), so it saves you time. It's durable, impact-resistant and is produced from more environmentally friendly renewable sources. This means your printed products will have long lives but won't have a lasting impact on our planet.

With PLA-X3, you'll get a semi-matte finish after printing for a cleaner look. The end-product can also tolerate temperatures of over +95°C after annealing (heat treatment) for greater durability. This filament isn't machine specific, which means you can move it between most common fused deposition modelling (FDM) printing devices.
