Direct vehicle standard - DVS. As part of DHL Parcel’s fleet replacement programme, in 2020, they have invested £10.4m in 105 new LGV vehicles. With legislation in mind, all 105 were ordered to be compliant with the impending DVS. Now today 71 of those vehicles operate in the South East. Whilst DHL Parcel seek out vehicle efficiency, safety is paramount, and future truck orders will also be DVS compliant as we would expect the DVS zone to be applied to other major cities within the UK
