Norgren Pneumatic Filters
Keep your air stream clean and your pneumatic system working efficiently with a pneumatic filter from Norgren.
What are pneumatic filters and how do they work?
Pneumatic filters are devices used in a pneumatic system which remove contaminants such as water and oil vapour, and dirt particles, from a compressed air stream. They do this by trapping the particles as they travel through the filter, allowing only clean air to continue through the system. The filter can then be removed and cleaned when needed. Removing contaminants from your pneumatic system prevents build-up, which reduces risk of equipment failure and keeps it running efficiently for longer, making filters a vital component in this type of system. These filters are used in a variety of industries such as food processing, agriculture, marine and aviation, manufacturing and packaging, and medicine.
Norgren's offer includes a wide variety of configurations to help you find the ideal filter for your installation. The Excelon Plus series features a convenient modular design that allows for installation with other Excelon products, so you can customise your system to your needs. The Excelon Plus filters include various functions and advantages such as: 5 or 40 micro particle and high efficiency water removal, double safety lock bowls, manual or automatic drain, and liquid level indicator lenses.
