    Rubber Sheets

Sheet Rubber is an engineering material sheet made from rubber. Rubber sheeting is available in various types, suitable for a wide range of applications. RS offer a wide range of rubber sheets and matting in a range of lengths widths and thicknesses to suit your every need.

    Types of Rubber Sheets

Neoprene RubberNeoprene rubber sheet is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. Neoprene offers excellent resistance to weathering. Neoprene is also suitable for use with animal and vegetable oils. Typical applications include gaskets and sleeves.EPDM RubberEPDM rubber sheet rubber offers excellent resistance to ozone and ageing. It is watertight and provides good resistance to abrasion. EPDM rubber also offers good chemical resistance. Typically used as a seal, gasket or cable joint.Fluorocarbon RubberFluorocarbon is a high-performance engineering material with excellent resistance to high temperatures and chemicals The high spec sheet is particularly useful where oils and fuels are present. Typically used in the automotive industry for gaskets, wipers and seals.Natural RubberNatural rubber sheet has excellent mechanical properties. Natural rubber has high tensile strength and is resistant to abrasion and tearing. Natural rubber is also soft, supple and very flexible. Natural rubber is easy to work with and can be cut and moulded into any shape or form.Nitrile RubberNitrile rubber sheet is highly resistant to oils and greases. Nitrile offers good abrasion resistance and tensile strength. Nitrile rubber is typically used in applications within the food and beverage industries.Polyethylene RubberPolyethylene rubber is high density closed cell material. The material is strong and provides good water and air permeability. Polyethylene sheet also has excellent shock absorbing and anti-abrasion qualities. Ideal for machinery cushioning and expansion joints.Silicone RubberSilicone rubber sheeting is highly flexible and resistant to high temperatures. Silicone rubber also performs well in outdoor applications due to its superior resistance to weathering and UV light
