Thrust Roller Bearings
What are Thrust Roller Bearings?
Thrust roller bearings work by using rollers to handle little or no radial load.
These thrust roller bearings are available as cylindrical, consisting of small cylindrical rollers or spherical rollers, consisting of asymmetrical rollers of a spherical shape.
Thrust bearings are suitable for carrying heavy axial loads and have high rigidity. They are made from hardened steel cages and require little axial space.
Uses for Thrust Roller Bearings
They can be used in numerous applications such as automotive industry, heavy duty machinery, mining and construction, water turbines and transportation.
