Murata 0603 (1608M) MLCC

The Murata 0603 (1608M) surface mount MLCC has a capacitance of 10μF. It has a solder type terminal. It is a high dielectric constant type capacitor, in a smaller size with a higher capacitance value. The GRM ceramic capacitor is available in C0G temperature coefficients and offers no polarity. This capacitor has a higher resistance of solder-leaching due to the Ni-barrier termination (applicable for reflow-soldering and flow-soldering). It offers high capacitance and high operating voltage levels. The GRM ceramic capacitor is ideal for use on diode-snubber circuits for switching power supplies and as a primary-secondary coupling for DC-DC converters.

Features and Benefits

• Operating temperature ranges between -55°C and 85°C
