The Mobile mark PSKN4-W6E device antenna is designed to meet IEEE 802.11ax standards and includes the new band 6.125 - 7.125 GHz, recently released by the FCC as Wi-Fi 6e. This rubber duck style device antenna also covers 5.850 - 5.895 GHz, which was repurposed by the FCC for unlicensed commercial uses such as Wi-Fi. It was previously allocated to DSRC for connected vehicle technologies. The WiFi6e standard allows for MU-MIMO ( multi-user, multiple-input and multiple-output). As such, this antenna could be one of the multiple antennas on a Wi-Fi 6e modem, or it could operate as a stand-alone antenna where a single channel is called for.
