Microchip MCP1754ST-5002E/CB, 1 Low Dropout Voltage, Voltage Regulator 150mA, 5 V 3-Pin, SOT-23A

The Microchip MCP1754 is a Low Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator that offers high PSRR performance. Operating from an input of 3.6 to 16 V the MCP1754 delivers up to 150 mA of current and offers a low quiescent current of 56 μA. 1 μF of output capacitance is sufficient to stabilise the output. Also the MCP1754 has a Current Foldback feature to help protect the device.
