The Infineon has automotive low-dropout voltage tracking regulator (LDO) with high tracking accuracy, reverse current protection and power good in DSO-8 (exposed pad) package. The TLS125D0EJ is designed to supply off-board systems, for sensors in powertrain management systems under the severe conditions of automotive applications. TheTLS125D0EJ is equipped with protection functions against reverse polarity and against short circuit to GND and battery.
