The MIC5317-3.3YM5-TR operates from an input voltage from 2.5V to 6.0V and is capable of providing the output voltages of 3.3V. It is available in a SOT23-5 package. The MIC5317-3.3YM5-TR has an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
