ROHM Linear Voltage Regulator
The ROHM SOT-223 package is a 3-terminal regulator available with several fixed output voltages. It has an output voltage rating of 5V and a current rating of 200mA. A logical HIGH at the CTL pin enables the device and LOW at the CTL pin does not enable the device. The regulated voltage must be lower than the input voltage. It supplies a stable fixed voltage from an unstable direct input voltage.
